Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-09-01Last updated: 2026-09-12

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Televizo Player application and this website. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the application or the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not download, install, or use the application or website. Please read these Terms carefully, as they define your rights and responsibilities as a user.

01

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Televizo Player or this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the application or the website. Your continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02

The player and its purpose

Televizo Player is a media player application that plays playlists you provide. It supports M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API credentials, and it organizes your content into Live, Movies, and Series categories within a clean, fast interface. The player itself does not include, host, provide, or control any television channels, movies, series, or other media content. You are solely responsible for the content of any playlist you add and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access that content. Televizo functions as a neutral player, similar to a web browser, and does not endorse or verify any source you choose to play.

03

Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. When you do, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms, and if you are not, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.

04

Subscriptions and billing

TV service subscriptions offered through this website are separate, optional purchases that are distinct from the Televizo Player software. Plans are prepaid for their stated duration and for a specific number of simultaneous connections, and prices are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Unless you have explicitly selected an auto-renewing option, subscriptions do not renew automatically. All charges are billed in the currency displayed at checkout and are processed by our payment provider. For information about cancellation and refunds, please review our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

05

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Televizo to access content you do not have the right to view; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application; copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the application; use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the website in a way that sends more requests than a human reasonably could; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure; or use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. Violations of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access, and we may take technical or legal action to prevent further abuse.

06

Intellectual property

The Televizo name, logo, software, website design, and all content published on this site are protected by intellectual property rights. Screenshots and illustrations on this site show the genuine application interface and may not be reused without permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our branding, software, or content without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks, product names, and brand names mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

07

Third-party content and services

Televizo does not host, control, or provide third-party playlist content or provider services. The player only reads playlists that you supply, and any media you access comes from sources outside our control. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of content delivered through playlists you add. Any dispute about content, service quality, or billing for a third-party provider should be directed to that provider. We reserve the right to refuse or remove links to sources that we believe violate applicable law or these Terms.

08

Disclaimer of warranties

The player and website are provided "as is" and "as available", and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that results from such use.

09

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Televizo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or content, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the player or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have not paid us anything, to a nominal amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

10

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application or website at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or that your activity poses a risk to us, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will provide notice on our website. Your continued use of the application or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service.

12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Televizo Player is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
